We have direct settlement agreements with most of the major sponsors. Translation services can be offered in any language, and we also have our own Arabic advocate staff that can provide translation and support services for Middle Eastern patients; please let us know if you need any support with translation when you enquire.

Advocacy service
We understand how stressful it can be travel to a country with a different culture and language when you are not feeling well. At Imperial Private Healthcare, we offer an Arabic advocacy service, to support our Middle Eastern patients during their stay with us.
Our advocates provide support by coordinating all aspects of our patients’ administration and ensuring that patients and the clinical team communicate effectively with each other. Patients are able to liaise with the same advocate throughout their stay, and we can assign a female advocate to a female patient where preferred.
The team liaises with embassies and third parties sponsoring treatment, and can assist with administrative and financial requirements, such as obtaining medical records or letters of guarantee, or arranging supporting letters for visa applications.
The advocates speak many Arabic accents fluently and members are trained to translate and interpret medical terms.
